Come see Fowler’s Clay Works at Anakeesta!
“Fowler’s Clay Works is a family owned business going into its fifth season. Mike, his wife Cheryl and their daughter Ava, have been serving visitors to the Smoky Mountains since 2015. Mike Fowler began his ceramic journey in 1995, with Del and Barbra Seaman, owners of Artistic Hand in Oviedo, FL. In 1998, he began his search for personal style and eight years later Mike and his Family moved to the beautiful Gatlinburg, TN.”
“Mike Fowler tells his story through his pottery using slip trailing. His signature slip trail reminds Mike of his family and what he has worked so hard to attain. In order to reflect the beauty of the natural surrounding world, and the Smoky Mountains in particular, Mike mixes his own glazes and focuses on bringing beauty of the Great Smokies in color, heritage and design to your home.”
